It was awesome getting back together and competing with some old classmates from Faith Christian School, Roanoke, VA ! 🏃‍♂️🔥 Even better, I won the boys middle school race and one of my former classmates won the girls middle school race!! 🏆🏆 Nothing like catching up with friends, competing hard, and celebrating each other’s success.

Unofficial college visit this weekend at Roanoke College ! 🏃‍♂️📚 I loved learning more about the great academics and seeing how Roanoke College Athletics helps student-athletes succeed both in the classroom and in competition. The Roanoke College Cross Country/Track and Field programs have had a lot of success in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) and are looking to take even bigger steps in the future. It was awesome getting a closer look at what makes them special.

In 1 week the Virginia Tech Football Hokies take the field to kick off the season!!! My mom Melissa Fitzgerald Clements graduated from Virginia Tech Football and we lived close to Blacksburg so you could say I was born a HOKIE!!!

Just finished an amazing experience at the USA Basketball Gold Camp! 🏀 I learned so much, grew as a player, and got pushed to become better every day. This is another step on my journey—because champions are built by learning, growing, and putting in the work when nobody is watching. Thank you USABYouth!!! The work continues! 💪🏆

Still feels crazy to say I’ve been invited to a USA Basketball Camp!

A lot of early mornings, long workouts, tough practices, and hard work have gone into getting to this point. I’m excited for the opportunity, but even more excited to learn from some of the best USABYouth and keep getting better. Ready to compete, learn, grow, and enjoy every moment! 💪🏀

Got to kick off the unofficial cross country season with a reunion with my former teammates and a rainy 2 mile race!!! Didn't do to bad for my first race finishing 18th out of 58 in the high school division (12:45). Thanks to for putting together the race.

Good luck to my guys in the upcoming season. Dom is headed off to and Om is going to .sports.
