Looking forward to tumbling practice today at Lebanon High School! JV is really starting to move in a great direction and learning the value of some hard work! The Junior High and Rec teams are showing so much promise, very excited to see all our skills come together!

Vertex is very exciting announce that they have agreed to coach tumbling to the Lebanon JV Cheerleading team, the Lebanon Junior Rec Cheerleading team and the Lebanon Youth Rec Cheerleading team. We will be coaching those teams for tumbling as well as continuing our support and offering of our abilities to the Sweet Home High School Cheerleading Program as well as the Sweet Home Junior High Cheerleading Program. We have put a full load on out plate and we are getting very excited at the challenges and very pleased at the noticeable progression that has already happened over the last few sessions.

We are running into a need for certain types of equipment that would make these classes more productive and advance skills at a strong more consistent rate. If you or anyone you know has some gymnastic type gymnasium mat that your not using and are just sitting back in the shed please let us know. Also if you have any extra large pieces of foam or a used mattress that's still in good condition finally any large pieces of vinyl you might be willing to part with. By adding these thing we could give these athletes an opportunity to learn in a more progressive, hands on, independent, environment. Increasing their chances of obtaining harder more challenging skills, while providing the safety tools necessary to protect them as they learn. Private Tumbling Lessons:

I am finally available to start teaching private lessons again!

If you are interested I am booking times on Friday's out in Lebanon.

Prices are as follows:
1/2 hour (usually for 1 -3 yr olds) $15
1 hour $30
1 hour duo (2 students) $50
1 1/2 hour trio (3 students) $75

I might also be interested in starting a class if I can pre register at least 6 students.

Vertex is offering a split class on Fridays from 4:15-5:15 pm.

Come in and take a free trial class this Friday 9/25/15.

All abilities welcome!

We will have our Tumble & Fun class ages 3-6 & our Tumbling & Strength class ages 7-12.

The classes will be located at 800 Harrison St. In Lebanon.

Tomorrow is our last Tumbling and Acrobatics class! It has been an awesome group of kids and a really fun class to teach. We will be taking the holidays off but will be starting new regularly scheduled classes in January. We are very excited to be offering a Tumbling Tykes, ages 3 - 6, class once a week for an hour and a tumbling and Acro Dance, ages 7-10, class once a week for an hour! Stay tune for Day, times and prices.. We should have that all finalized in the next couple of days!
