TOOL FOR TODAY: Use the box breathing technique to help calm your nerves and mind. Closing your eyes, breathe in through your nose, breathe in and count to four. Then hold this breath while counting to four. Then exhale while counting to four, then hold while empty counting to four. Repeat. Do this 3 times whenever you feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed.

You are the start of everything.

The relationship that you have with yourself is the foundation to all in your life.

Don't believe me?

Well let me give you an example.

Have you ever been in a relationship where you felt the other person didn't love or care for you?

No matter what they did you never felt loved the way that you wanted.

They took care of you to the best of their ability.
They told you that they loved you.
They showed you thru actions and words.

And it still didn't make a difference.

That is because you struggle with receiving love and need to learn how to love yourself more.

You have to focus inward and give yourself love, then you will know the feeling and receive it.

Start a self-care routine, a simple one, and do it for 7 days.

10 Mins Meditation
5 Minute Gratitude Journal
1 Minute Mirror Exercise

In front of a mirror staring directly at you say:

May I be happy.
May I be safe.
May I know love.
May I be at peace.

Do it 3X and do this for the next 7 days and you will see the difference in what you feel inside about you. 💚🌟

And then thought, wow I wonder what is going on with them?

Well you see you control how you feel with your thoughts.

When you focus on all that you have vs what you don't have, you will become happier and more grateful.

When you focus on showing yourself love, you will receive more love from others.

When you focus on self-care and putting yourself first, you will realize that you control how you feel.

And that's how people get to this level of happiness.

Sounds simple, and yet almost no one does it.

Now ask yourself, how do most people look?
