Sometimes the best sessions are the ones that almost didn't happen! 🌧️💪
The weather this Saturday was definitely testing us—between the clouds and the forecast, we came this close to calling it off. But for the girls who braved the elements, it turned into something special.
It was a small but mighty group out there this Saturday, and they brought enough energy for a crowd of fifty. They worked so hard that they even earned cheers from onlookers passing by! 📣
Saturday was about a much bigger lesson: When you show up when nobody else does, people notice.
So proud of these girls for proving that a little rain can't stop a lot of heart. Check out some highlights from our "grey sky" session!

The countdown is officially ON! Watching everyone prep for this Saturday’s Spring Bloom Dash has been incredible.

Whether you’re a seasoned a marathon or or it’s your daughter‘s very 1st mile, remember: this is an at your own pace event. We aren’t out here to break world records – we’re here to break habits and build bonds.

Before you can run, you have to master the dash! 🏃🏾‍♂️Taking time to build the right foundation and teach the fundamentals is essential for lasting success. When you teach the basic principles, you create a standard of excellence that shapes the mindset for growth, discipline, and ultimately, success.

Watching the girls receive their medals from the men they look up to most is exactly why we started this. We’re building a community of strong daughters and present dads.

We want to see this circle grow. Help us spread the word! Tell your neighbors, your gym partners, and your friends. Let’s double the turnout for May.

Inaugural Grand Dash: Mission Accomplished! 🏃‍♂️💨
What an incredible morning! A massive thank you to everyone who laced up their sneakers and joined us for the very first Dads, Daughters, and Dashes event today.

The energy was electric, the smiles were even brighter than the sun, and the memories made were exactly why we started this club. From the starting line to the final sprint, seeing everyone move together was truly special.

Highlights from the Day
• The "Pit Stops": Whether it was a much-needed caffeine kick for the dads or chocolate milk toasts for the girls, those mid-run breaks were the perfect way to recharge.
• The Finish Line: There wasn’t a dry eye (or a non-beaming face) in the crowd as the dads presented their daughters with their well-earned medals. That moment of pride is what it’s all about.
• The Founders Club: To everyone who showed up today—you aren't just participants. You are the Founders Club. You were here at the very beginning, and you’ve helped set the pace for everything to come.
