📢 Lesson Cancellation & Deposit Policy 📢
We want to start by saying how incredibly grateful we are for each and every one of our clients and for the support you continue to give our program! ❤️ We truly understand that things come up and plans sometimes have to change.
However, due to the number of recent last-minute cancellations and missed lessons, we will be implementing a $20 non-refundable deposit prior to scheduling/confirming each lesson.
This deposit will go toward the cost of your lesson, but will not be refunded if the lesson is cancelled or missed. We will be instituting a 24 hour policy rule. If you cancel your lesson within 24 hours of your lesson start time, deposit will be forfeited entirely and cannot be moved forward.
We hope everyone understands that while we absolutely love what we do, this is also our income and last-minute cancellations directly affect us financially. When a lesson spot is reserved for someone and they cancel at the last minute, we often aren’t able to fill that spot with another client.
We appreciate your understanding, continued support, and respect for our time. We are so thankful to have such wonderful clients and look forward to continuing to provide a fun, safe, and positive environment for everyone! 🐴❤️
