This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸❤️

Their courage, strength, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

As we push ourselves in the gym, chase our goals, and work to become stronger every day, let’s remember that our freedom to do so came at a cost paid by heroes who gave everything for this country.

Hey everyone — I wanted to reintroduce myself since I’ve had a lot of new faces join my page lately 👋🏼

I’m Natalie Nichols, an online/in-person fitness coach with my MS-EP, CPT, and CNC credentials, and I help busy people lose weight, build confidence, and create sustainable habits that actually fit their lifestyle.

Health and fitness has always been a huge passion of mine, and I love helping others realize they’re capable of more than they think. My goal is to make fitness feel realistic, not overwhelming.
