Wow… we are blown away! ❤️

The response to our LA Wave Fall Swim season has been incredible! We are so thankful for the excitement surrounding our program and can’t wait to get back in the pool with all of our swimmers.

Because of the overwhelming response, registration is now closed as we prepare for an amazing season ahead. We are so excited for what’s in store! It is going to be such a fun fall!

New swim parents: If you’ve completed the registration form but haven’t been added to our GroupMe yet, please send us a message so we can get you connected. We don’t want you to miss any important updates!

FALL SWIM REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN.

Whether you’re a returning LA Wave swimmer looking to stay in the water or someone who has been thinking about giving swimming a try, Fall Swim is the perfect place to jump in!

Our fall season is a more relaxed, low-pressure program to help swimmers ages 5-18 build confidence, improve technique and keep up the momentum from the summer; all while having fun and making new friends.

🏊 Mondays from 4:00–5:00PM
📍 UT Southern Pool, Pulaski
📅 September 14–November 16
🏅 Mock swim meet at the end of the season

Because we use the UT Southern pool, there may occasionally be a change to our practice schedule based on pool availability. We hope changes will be minimal, but we appreciate everyone being flexible when needed!

$25 for returning 2026 summer swimmers
$50 for new swimmers

Fall Swim is perfect for returning swimmers who want to keep their momentum going and for new swimmers who want to try out swim team in a fun, laid back environment.

Swimmers must be able to swim 25 meters unassisted.

LA Wave proudly serves the Lawrenceburg area, but swimmers from Pulaski, Loretto, Leoma, Summertown and all surrounding communities are welcome!

What a way to wrap up an incredible season! 💙

We celebrated with a pool party, awards night and a lot of well deserved recognition for our swimmers.

We’re so proud of our Top 9 Point Earners and all of our superlative award winners. Each one has worked hard and helped make LA Wave such a special team this season.

But more than the awards, we’re proud of every swimmer who worked hard and grew in confidence. That’s what LA Wave is all about. 👏🏼

What a day at Championships yesterday! 💙🌊

From our first warm-ups at 7am, until we wrapped up around 6:00pm, these swimmers gave everything they had.

We competed against nine incredible teams, many of them much larger than ours, but our LA Wave swimmers showed up ready to compete. 💪🏼

We celebrated so many heat winners throughout the day, and more than 20 times, an LA Wave swimmer finished in the top 10 of their event. What an accomplishment! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This team has worked so hard all summer.
Every lap, every dive, every practice has led to this moment, and they represented Lawrence County with so much heart.

To our swimmers, thank you for giving it your all every single time. You showed up and you showed out. Your success is much deserved.

To our coaches, volunteers, parents, and sponsors, thank you for making this season possible. It truly takes a village and we are so thankful for every person who has been part of this journey.

We couldn’t be more proud of this team. ❤️

Today’s the day! 🏆

Our LA Wave swimmers are at Championships in Sewanee, and we are ready to compete!

These swimmers have worked so hard all season long… showing up to practice, pushing themselves, cheering each other on and growing stronger every single week. We couldn’t be more proud of this team and all they’ve accomplished.

What a night for LA Wave! 💙

Our swimmers worked hard and gave it their all in the pool. But what made us the proudest wasn’t the times, ribbons or results.

It was the way they represented Lawrence County.

They were kind. They were respectful. They encouraged one another. They welcomed others and had the best time laughing, cheering and making memories in between races.

This team has become so much more than a swim team. It’s become a family and we are incredibly proud of every single swimmer. Watching these kids support one another and grow together has been one of the greatest joys of this season.
