Lawler Fitness Center Monday - Friday Morning Workouts in Lawler, Iowa!! Anyone can attend! This page is for ANYONE who is interested in coming to an early morning workout group.

Starts at 5:30 am and goes for about a half hour. NO JUDGING!! GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!! There is NO pressure to make every morning and if you don't come for a month and show up, that is fine too. No real instructors at the moment, just working it to DVD's with a new one each week to keep our bodies changing!
