It’s that time of year and we are ready!!! New mechanics, new rules and we’ve got you covered! Join us this weekend in Fayetteville as we host JR Blose and prepare for the new season.

🤼‍♀️ Athletes to Officials: Are you a high school wrestler who wants to get better at the sport AND make some spare cash? The best part time job in the world… show up Saturday!

🙌🏻 Are you a former wrestler, coach or parent who wants to get involved and really get into the action… show up Saturday.

👀 Are you a current coach and want to get the cheat code on the new rules and have a strategy before the season even starts…show up Saturday!

📅 We will be hosting regional officials training in September and culminating or season kickoff at the AAA and ARUSAW Officials meeting on October 3rd….

Arkansas officials on the move! Vivi Edwards joined USAW’s Stacey Davis and USWOA officials Nick Kindred, Jason Babi and Geoff Weichelt at the Olympic Training Center to call simulated Senior WFS matches for Team USA Athletes.

Robert and Eric sat in on practices for the U20 Greco and Senior Men’s Freestyle world teams with Arkansas State Chair Kristi Mann.

Arkansas officials on the move this weekend… three on the mat and two in the corner.

Eric, Robert & Gunnar head up the freestyle crew for a well attended Firebird Inferno in Shawnee, OK. Fargo finalist, age level WTT, teams from Washington, California … it was great WFS action culminating in a showcase dual with head Coaches Jax Forrest and Sergio Vega.

Vivi and Addi lead a group of female athletes in the Deep South Duals in Mobile, AL, trading in the black outfits for more funky flair! It’s always a plus having a trained official in your corner!

This year was an especially successful one in the history of Team Arkansas:

🥈 Grant Davis — All-American in BOTH Freestyle AND Greco-Roman! Two stop signs on the biggest stage in the country!

🏅 Zachary Donalson — 6th Place All-American in Greco-Roman!

🏅 Madelyn Medrano — 4th Place All-American in Girls Freestyle!

We are so proud of our officials who braved the Fargo grind: Vivi, Robert, Wade, Gunnar and Addi did all three tournaments while Eric joined for Greco and coaching WFS.

A Fargo final is not a given, it is earned! 5 Arkansas officials earned finals assignments and represented Arkansas and the tremendous trust and training of the USWOA.

Want to join us on the stage? It’s easy, show up and we will train you to get there. We don’t just throw a whistle on people, we care enough to make you a good official!
