Hey, Laurel - are you up for a challenge?!

The challenge: 1st Annual 402 Fitness Walk-a-thon

The goal: For 12 hours straight, there is at least 1 person walking/running/biking (you would just pick 1 time slot to help us reach this goal)

Who can join? Anyone local or from a far

Where can I do it? Outside or on a treadmill (if you're local, you can use 402 Fitness' treadmills/bikes/elliptical at the gym)

Where does my donation go? 100% of money raised will go to the Laurel City Park Renovation Project so ALL kids can play side-by-side regardless of their physical restrictions

Other fun things happening that day:
- Cafe de Meg will be at 402 Fitness from 8:00-11:00 AM
- Chance of door prizes and post walk refreshments for participants
- 402 Fitness open house and ribbon cutting from 9:00-11:00 AM
