Bison Blue 10U girls are some of the hardest working girls around. Here it is one of the hottest days of the season and they are out practicing their throw downs, fielding positions, and base running. Of course they made time for some water balloon tosses and slip-n-slide sliding practice! 💃🦬💙

What did you do on your Friday night?! We practiced some base running, throw downs, double plays, threw water balloons at each other as we ran the bases, and ended with a slip-n-slide dance party. And yes, we did it in 90 degree temps, wearing softball pants 💃🦬💙

These 12 girls really stepped up this past weekend at the South Colonie Swing into Spring tournament. We couldn’t be more proud of them. Second place never looked so good. It’s going to be an amazing season 💃🦬💙

Double plays make it all worth it!

Here we have a catch by #9 on the mound. She then launches it to #20 for the double play at 3B!

Way to be aware and know what you need to do when the ball comes to you. This double stopped the run from scoring and helped earn the number 2 seed going into bracket play 👏💪
