I haven’t always looked like this.
I was once over 250 pounds, unhealthy, uncomfortable in my own skin, and unsure of who I was becoming. Fitness didn’t come naturally to me. It changed me.
I didn’t do anything extreme. I learned how a calorie deficit actually works. I moved a little more. I ate a little less. I stayed consistent when motivation disappeared. That’s it.
Over time, the weight came off, more than 70 pounds. But the real transformation wasn’t physical. I became healthier, more disciplined, more grounded, and more confident in every area of my life.
People started asking how I did it. I shared what I learned from my best friend, a nutritionist and former personal trainer, and I realized something powerful: it was helping people. That’s when coaching stopped being an idea and became a purpose.
Before this, I was a hydraulic mechanic. Before that, a cook. Those jobs taught me work ethic, structure, and how food really works. Coaching became the way I combined everything I’d lived through with something that actually mattered to me.
I know what it’s like to struggle.
I know what it’s like to start over.
And I know what it takes to get back up.
If you’re looking at this thinking, “That could never be me,” I promise you, I once said the same thing.
