A message from the full Pisces moon🌝

As I walk outside naked, the moon greets me.

She peers behind the clouds as I ground my feet into the earth she shows herself, Full bright and beautiful.

I Baskin her light allowing her to illuminate me in all the places that want to be known.

I am one with all the earth, the dirt, the grass, the rain, the clouds, the moon, all of us breathe as one.

She is fully supporting me. Holding me.

I yearn to be held, a yearn for touch. I touch myself, the warmth of my hands feel comforting. As I caress my own body I know I am mine to hold to love, to cherish to protect. My heart is my guide.

The pitter patter of the rain is so soothing, The silence even more. The smell of the earth are you going to be home.

I am home, here in this body under the moon as my witness. I devote to love, to myself.

I am being guided by my soul. I trust now to listen, to hear, to know. Not thinking; knowing.

Like the moon knows when to shine the rain knows when to fall I know when and where to be.

Thetahealing and therapy...

I have worked with many people who go to therapy along side thetahealing and I believe it to be a very powerful combo!

Healing has so many layers.

The human mind is so deep and complex and I truly believe that we need multiple ways to access healing.

To me, Thetahealing is a missing link that I believe all therapy should be accompanied by.

There is a power in this work that is not touched by any other modality and it is my mission to keep spreading this beautiful tool to make it more main stream and common in the space of healing and personal growth.

I used to struggle with the darkness of addiction.

It would take me over in the blink of an eye. It would usually begin with me having a debate with myself and end up resulting in me saying “f**k it”.
Then I’d go to the bar or head out to get some alcohol.
I had no idea that the pattern of me going to get drunk started way before I went out to get the boos...

Anyone who struggles with addiction I hope I can be a guiding light for you; for you to know it is absolutely possible to quit drinking AND to live an incredible, joyful, beautiful, fulfilled life.

Tonight I saw the old pattern that used to take me down! A pattern that all humans experience to some degree. And this is the pattern of victim consciousness.

It takes over the consciousness so fast and this is why I believe we see so much suffering. And if we’re not aware of it we think it’s “normal”.

I felt that dispare, a contraction in my body, I felt frozen, I couldn’t make a decision on what to eat for dinner, and then all of the sudden the inner self dialogue led to “maybe I should just go get some wine and drink all my sorrows away”...

SSSSCCCCRRAAATCH!!!! (Nail on a record player)

No, no, no I said this is NOT the way we think any longer. This is NOT my truth. This is a lie from the devil!

So what I have learned from shifting beliefs and rewriting patterns in our brain is that one of the most effective ways to shift out of a state is to change the environment.

After a deep, uncomfortable and profound convo with my room mare today I felt called to share this very impactful concept that has hands down help shift the way I show up in the relationships I have in my life ✨Perception is Projection ✨

We will always perceive the world and the happenings around us subjectively.

We will always filter and generalize information based on OUR personal experiences in life and the way we view life.

This is probably the most liberating and important concepts (besides taking 100% responsibility) that we as a spices can take on and use in our lives.

When we realize that everyone is living their lives based on THEIR experiences, based on THEIR childhood traumas, THEIR expectations; then we can let go of the reactions and defenses we have in relationship.

Rarely and I mean 98% of the time rarely, is anyone ever doing anything TO you. No one is out to get you. No one is intentionally spitefully trying to p**s you off or hurt you. And honestly if they are I can guarantee it’s based on their pain and suffering and is a projection onto you but still it’s not YOU they are after.

So in taking this in, I invite you next time you are in a challenging conversation or you have a trigger or judgement about the way someone is doing something ask yourself; how can this be my projection of my view of the world on them? What could they actually be experiencing in this situation?..

It’s amazing when you get to be invited into someone else’s reality and see that what you were judging is way off from what you were thinking.

This is the power of communication!

I am so extremely grateful that I have had the opportunities I have had in my life to deepen these skills, to learn how to master communication and how to completely change the way I relate in all relationships in my life.

Authentic relating and communication is complex and takes A LOT of trial and error to navigate. But when you have this deep intimate relating in your life, you’ll never want to go back to that old codependent people pleasing way! Welcome to evolving!

A lot of my dreams are coming into actualization right now and this is one of them!

It has taken me A LOT of inner healing to get to the point where I feel safe, ready and confident to share my voice in a deep and vulnerable way.

I have always known that I wanted to share my journey because I knew just how important it would be for others to relate and see that they are not alone; much like I’ve done utilizing other peoples podcasts for my evolution and growth.

In my darkest times, when I felt lost, alone and confused I would seek out others who were sharing messages that instilled faith wisdom and helpful tools for me.

This is what my hopes and intention is for anyone who finds my podcast.

It is my intention that anyone who might be on the journey through the shadows to find strength, tools and unconditional love to spark the light with in them.

Last night I could not sleep

I was downloaded with an entire program to help people learn the energetics of money.

It was fascinating and overwhelming at the same time.

Somewhere along the journey we forget we have CHOICE.

Whether it was by a soul contract we made lifetimes ago, by the religion we were raised in, by the culture we grew up in or by the caretakers around us I guarantee there are some parts of your life that some part of your psyche is operating from a place of “obligation”.

The negative implications of operating from this perspective and beleif system is that we fully give our power away in life. We loose the power to realize we actually DO have a choice in the matter. We get to choose to say “yes” or “no”. We get to have healthy boundaries with actually create safety for ourselves and others.

Realizing we have a choice allows us to live the most healthy life possible. To realize and remember that in every moment we have a choice, and with that comes radical responsibility too.

I made a choice for myself, my life and my future 4.5 years ago to quit drinking alcohol. Before that choice I felt obligated and bound to it. I thought I had to struggle the rest of my life, but what I finally came to was that this was actually a CHOICE I was making; and if I could choose to drink, I could just as well choose to not drink!

This is empowerment. This is courage, this is strength! I get to witness my clients every session make empowering choices to let go of old stories that keep them bound to a victim story keeping them bound to never truly rise up and claim their worth.

When you choose a different reality than the one you’re living it takes courage and immense power!

I invite you to take a look at your life and be radically honest with yourself.
