Evening y’all! Happy Monday and Happy February!!!
It’s a new month and we got new goals! My goals for February are to:
* Get to 149 lbs (Currently 154 lbs 😜)
* Walk/ Run 20 miles a week
* Works towards my $15,000 bonus in my business 🤑🤑 (you can too! Ask me how)
* Get at least one nature walk in with my kiddos!

Good Afternoon and happy Saturday!!! It’s the weekend y’all!! What we been up to today? I taught my 11am class and now I’m getting some work done before I cook dinner. 😄
I was kinda going through my photos and came across one of my after class pics from 14 days ago... And then I saw my pictures from today’s class and did a double take!!!👀👀👀
I immediately changed into the same style shorts because I had to be SURE sure of what I was seeing....
.... and BEYBEH.

All I can say is these are REALLY WORKING!!! I have NEVER been THIS small in my life y’all!!!! And I’ve only been using the gummies for a little over a week!!!
Y’all.... I’m really over here in shock. I’m really pleased. So far so good.. I’ll keep y’all updated. 😊😊

TGIF y’all!!!! It’s been a very productive week! Just how I like it!! This weekend will be no different. I’m working all weekend. I GET to work this weekend. And not just any kind of work.. I get to work MY BUSINESS!! Saying that felt pretty amazing! 😁 I’m thankful and I’m grateful. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Morning and happy Friday eve!! So I hear it’s !
Today, I’m focusing on my journey this far as a . Not only have I lost weight, but I can tell my confidence level in each picture has definitely changed. The picture on the left, was may be a month in. I was nervous every single class I taught. My anxiety was through the roof. Everything was on my mind. Am I doing a good enough job? Can they see me? Can they hear me? Is it a good enough of a workout? Then of course, at the time I was kind of restarting my weight loss/ fitness journey. So, I was very self conscious about myself in general.
Fast forward to now. I know I’m giving you a good workout. I know I’m a good instructor and improving with each class. I have fun every single class! I don’t think too much about the technicalities. We have a good time!! Also, I’ve been able to shed 30 lbs in the process! 🙌🏾🙌🏾 I look forward to see how far I go in this new path. 🙏🏾
