There is a reason why athletes should take a break from their sport. While some can get away with playing year round, for a few years, it eventually catches up to the athlete.
Take a break for 2-4 month and learn to miss the sport while also working on strength, movement efficiency, speed and agility. Your body will thank you later with an improvement in performance later.

Many speakers open with humorous anecdotes.

I had one opportunity to see live and I’m happy to say it’s one of the most amazing display of focus and determination I have ever witnessed.
The Lakers were down by 14 points at the half and to be honest, my brother and our friends weren’t paying much attention to the game. We got free tickets for the game in the highest section of the upper deck.
Once the third quarter got going you couldn’t miss the fact that Kobe was taking the game over. The more points he scored, the more he wanted the ball. Once the Fourth quarter started, it was automatically going to Kobe. No body on the court was going to stop him. The only question was how many points will he finish with?
That was the day Kobe ended with 81 points.

He was the definition of relentless work ethic and a lot of talent.

We are sorry to announce that our time at PRIMETIME is numbered. We will keep our regular schedule until Jan 24th.

That said, we are standing by our commitment to you to provide service to our athletes. We are already looking at other options and hope to be able to update everyone soon.

The next few months may be challenging, but when you overcome your challenges is when you get the most growth.

Last Saturday I had a chance to be at 13/14u baseball tryout. We have a great group of coaches that will putting their hart and soul into making this team understand the process of better ball players. ⠀

Our performance staff will be working with this team twice a week to help them improve their coordination, move more efficiently while also improving their speed and strength. That way they can play the sport they love at a higher level while also learning to compete and be great teammates. ⠀
