Unity Softball Club

Unity Softball Club We are a Tournement softball team specializing in charity softball tournements. We will also be playing Ipride las vegas and ipride tourneys

Unity Charity Softball Club. We are a competitive coed softball team from the Bay Area in California. We just finished 5th in the Fall State Championships, and took second in Santa Cruz over several national powers. We combined to create a team that could be competitive and give back to the community. We are parts of several different State Championships teams, that came together to promote awaren

ess for various causes (Pediatric Cancer and Autism). We are looking to participate in many charity based tourneys over the next year. We also plan to compete for the State and USSSA World Championships in the E division. By competing with the top teams in the country we will be able to spread our vision, and that of our sponsors. We have been very well received, and have left a very positive impression with the rest of the softball community.

There is no LGBTQIA2S+ without the T.

At a time when trans people are being targeted — including through recent legislation in Kansas — we want to be clear about who we are.

We stand with the trans community.
We value the trans community.
We include the trans community.

Trans athletes, trans leaders, trans friends, trans family — You belong here. You always have.

In our league, in our spaces, and in our hearts, the T is not up for debate.

City of Henderson Government, thank you for throwing such a great tournament. Our first game was against Reign Fire and was such a fun game; thank you, Anthony and Matt.
We played Legion of Doom in a very close game, which was lots of fun.
We beat 5150 by one run; it was a great game.

We lost to Manny Reyna and La Familia; it was a close game and we lost in the last inning.

The team had some key players not show up, and we were lucky to get Shane Bruce and Dwayne Curry; they were amazing fill-ins.
Rex Noble and Kimmie were MVPs, both helping with logistics and their play.
Laz Mac and Michael Marchland were not just great hitters but also helped out on defense and were spark plugs.
Carla Spice and Maria held down the right side, helped keep us in the games, and were always positive.
Amy Bahuman, thank you for being my catcher; you helped me stay focused and made sure people were in position—we did well.
Lindsay Brown, great job playing first base, saving so many throws to first, it's always great having you on the Unicorn team.
Victor, you're part of the core; you can see how every tournament we get better, the pieces are getting into place—you're a big part.
Rhonda Woodruff, you're the first person I ask for anything, and I appreciate you so much. Ashley, thank you for spending the day with us and being part of our crew; see you on Fridays.
Tami Leonardi, you're the heart of everything, and without you, nothing is what it can eventually be.
Benedict Leonardi appreciates all of you and the teams we played, but we will win next time 🦄🦄🦄.

Hi everyone,

I'm absolutely bursting with pride and just had to share some fantastic news about Claire/Ari from this past weekend's game!

All her hard work and dedication to improving her game truly paid off in the most spectacular way on Sunday. There was a crucial moment when her teammate, Heather, had a bit of an unfortunate tumble (those tricky field conditions!), and Claire/Ari didn't hesitate for a second. She stepped right up and delivered an absolutely brilliant hit that really changed the momentum of the game.

Beyond that pivotal play, her incredible speed was a highlight throughout the entire weekend,. What really shone through, though, was her fantastic spirit and positive energy, which completely uplifted the whole team.

Her outstanding efforts and inspiring play didn't go unnoticed, and she was deservedly recognized with the MVP award! It was apparently a very close decision, which makes this achievement even more special.

We're incredibly proud of her and are so excited to see what else she accomplishes. Hopefully, this is just the first of many well-deserved accolades!

Dad who took second made 2 outs in 4 games and Struck out over 30 in 4 games— a very good tourney.
