Our vision for the youth flag football league is based on the principles that Coach Ed Smith lived by. Not only was Coach Ed a pioneer in flag football in Las Vegas, but he truly cared about each and every athlete that he coached, coached against, or just talked to. IFE LESSONS. His first and foremost concern was always "his kids", that they had fun, gained self confidence, and supported each other. Coach Ed always made sure that every child, regardless of age, race, gender, religion, or athletic ability, was not only given every opportunity to excel but rewarded each athlete accordingly! Coach Ed had an amazing ability to bring out the best in everyone that he came into contact with. Coach Ed may have left us too soon, but his legacy continues.
