Nevada Rush 2011 Boys Select squad played a good Mayor’s Cup tournament going 2-1 overall!

Unfortunately, the boys let a 2-0 lead fall to a 4-2 loss in Game 1 to San Diego Motion FC. Although our came back and won 6-0 vs LVSA WHITE & 4-0 vs CENTRAL VALLEY FC, the game 1 vs San Diego bit us in the butt! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Good tournament, but the players, parents and coaches know we can do better! We’ll keep training, continue to better prepare ourselves and next up will be round 1 of the National Premiere League (NPL) games in Mesa, Arizona! 🦾⚡️🖤💙🩶🤍⚡️

To our faithful and loving followers of our LDFC FAMILIA; as our Lion’s Den Fúbtol Club has come to full circle with our 2024 merger with Nevada Rush, we will no longer continue to utilize this specific Lion’s Den FC page. Soon this page will be deleted.

We will continue to mentor and develop the youth, as we strive to teach them basic life skill lessons through the beautiful sport of soccer!

Through LDFC’s 9 year existence, we were able to guide kids at our inception of this program (back in 2015), whom were at a recreational level. With steady focus & discipline, with love and patience & with passion and fundamentals, we were able to develop these same kids, so that they could reach the showcase level of playing into the FarWest Presidents Cup National series!

Now, it’s time for us to push our kids even further, to reach even greater heights within our new program at Nevada Rush Soccer Club! ⚡️

After a 24 hour drive, our Lion’s Den FC / Nevada Rush B2009 all got to Wichita, Kansas safely and we’re able to enjoy their Opening Ceremony of the Nationals President’s Cup inauguration!!

Our Nevada Rush (LDFC ‘09) are traveling today to head out to Wichita, Kansas for the 2024 National Presidents Cup!! 🏆🚐

Our schedule is out! The top (8) teams throughout the United States for Presidents Cup completion that have advanced from Regional Presidents Cup competition out of Salt Lake City, Utah will be competing within the next 5 days to crown a National Champion!

These young men, parents & coaches have been hard at work making sure to making this dream a reality! Where there’s a will, there’s a way… AND THERE’S ALWAYS A WILL. 🦾
