We all have our own story and life transformation, even us coaches. 😉In 2009, I broke my back and was out for 6 months. It wasn’t easy just laying around/healing but I focused on keeping my calories and macros on track best I could 🥦🍅💦. I hadn’t dove into the competitive bodybuilding world yet but i was always super active, playing soccer my whole life, so this was TOUGH 😖.
In 2013, I began my very own body transformation because my mental state & focus was there, but my physical body composition didn’t match up. I thought I was doing everything I could to reach my physique goals but something just wasn’t working🤨. I reached out to a personal trainer and began my very own journey and with that… Not ONE regret has been had and I’ve learned so much over the past 10+ years. 💃🏻

My online client is KILLING IT!!! 🙌🏼This is progress accomplished in 10 weeks!!!
Mom of 2, works full time and been diagnosed with PCOS for years. Per her MD, whatever she’s doing is working: Her labs are all GREEN ✅ and menstrual cycles are shorter/less painful. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Yesterday morning was a self care day at the gym. 🖤No training, just some light cardio, red light therapy, yoga in the sauna and time in the best massage chair EVER, to work out the kinks. Thanks for supplying us with all the necessary tools needed for this! 🤩

✨Remember: your body, mind and spirit are the only CONTROLLABLE factors in maintaining a healthy and long prosperous life. Feed it well, take a day off, be mindful with your intentions EVERYDAY. ✌🏼🌹

Quick little stop for lunch today at the Fil-Thai food truck and it was so good! Perfect pre-workout meal (I only hate half the rice/noodles, that’s definitely more than 1 serving) Thanks again! We will be back! 😋
