The cage taught me things no MBA ever could.

One of them almost destroyed my business.

Here is what I learned as a professional fighter that directly transfers to building a company and what you need to leave behind.

Composure under pressure. Preparation over inspiration. Identity as a performer.

These are not metaphors. They are operating principles.

But the fighter mentality has a dark side. Treating every problem like a threat. Running on cortisol. Reacting instead of thinking.

The nervous system cannot tell the difference between a business problem and a fight. Yours is making decisions for you right now.

Most founders I work with have optimized everything around them. The team. The systems. The revenue model. The go to market strategy.

And yet the ceiling keeps showing up.

At 40 I realized the bottleneck was not strategic. It was biological. Cortisol running chronically high. Sleep treated as something that happened when work was done. A body sending clear signals that kept getting reframed as stress.

So I built a protocol around it.

Bloodwork every 90 days tracking testosterone, cortisol, inflammation markers and HRV. Sleep treated as performance infrastructure, not recovery. Training built on the same discipline I carried from years of professional fighting. Peptides used with intention and data behind every decision.

Time is the most precious asset. You can’t buy it and it’s completely limited.

How limited we will never know.

Peace is the most important quality in regard to how you spend that time.

From peace everything you’ve ever desired can flow. Without it you will never have experienced a drop of time to begin with.

Have you ever experienced “Real Peace”?

It seems like such a simple concept, but most of us have never found the tranquility of peace in our lives.

I always remind my clients that whatever you’ve been taught, is most likely backwards.

That’s why it’s called “Awakening”.

Because everyone else is sleeping.

Rarely do we hear motivational speakers or coaches or anyone for that matter driving home the concept of peace.

Peace is something that we rarely talk about, but is one of the most powerful tools we can possess.

It’s literally the foundation of our lives and from this state of being, everything else just flows.

Peace creates the necessary space for us to connect and to receive.

We are literally blocking our blessings and basically making everything much harder than it needs to be.

When we experience peace we find balance and space.

Without space, nothing can enter our lives.

Most of us leave zero space in our lives to “allow” anything to enter. At the same time we sit and wonder why things always stay the same.

We need to make room, and the room is created in the being, not the doing.

This is where you start

💫 Holding space for yourself.

💫 Trusting yourself.

💫 Loving yourself.

💫 Being gentle with yourself.

🙏🏼❤️🌱. And most importantly, offering “Grace” for yourself.

What holds us back from this allowing, this receiving, this beautiful state of being, is fear.

We are afraid that if we let go, everything will fall apart.

We are afraid that if we stop pushing we will never start again.

We are afraid that if we stop producing the Universe will punish us.

I’m here to tell you that those are all lies, and that is a “scarcity” mindset.

There is always enough, you are always enough, and the real illusion is that abundance doesn’t exist and we must have more.

The need for more is an illusion that keeps us always looking beyond ourselves. Beyond our present moment. Most importantly, it keeps us looking beyond the beauty of what’s directly in front of us.

Cultivate peace in your life and I promise you that everything you want and desire will find it’s way to you and you’ll find a comfort you never thought possible.

These words changed me forever! 🙏🏼💫

My whole life I said I wanted certain things. Whether it was to be an MMA world champion or own an 💰8 figure business.

Yet, my actions weren’t even close to aligned. I was literally just getting lucky, as a young gentleman shared with me.

He was a decade younger than me and his wisdom rocked my world.

It also changed my trajectory forever.

So I ask you this question.

🗣 Are you just getting lucky?

🗣 Do your actions match what you truly want?

🗣 Do you have the strength and the discipline to honor your true desires and not give in to your fleeting emotions?

How are you going to show up moving forward?

G R A T I T U D E

I’ve really started to tap into my feminine side lately. Connecting with the being part of life.

Learning to not take myself so seriously and to just laugh, and dance, and be silly for no fu***ng reason.

Masculine is easy for me. I’ve done it my whole life. Stepping into my feminine receiving side has been beyond challenge.

For those of you haters out there I challenge you to challenge yourself. To not just do and grind. To actually slow down a bit and allow.

I’m a doer, a grinder, an ex*****on expert by nature. I just get s**t done. I’m always going to be inclined this way. It’s my nature and I accept it. I love it. I love me.

Yet, what about the other side? The side that doesn’t just flow?

This is my new challenge. My new passion. Giving myself permission to receive.

How masculine am I still that my approach to being more feminine is to challenge myself 🤔.
