Have you ever experienced āReal Peaceā?
It seems like such a simple concept, but most of us have never found the tranquility of peace in our lives.
I always remind my clients that whatever youāve been taught, is most likely backwards.
Thatās why itās called āAwakeningā.
Because everyone else is sleeping.
Rarely do we hear motivational speakers or coaches or anyone for that matter driving home the concept of peace.
Peace is something that we rarely talk about, but is one of the most powerful tools we can possess.
Itās literally the foundation of our lives and from this state of being, everything else just flows.
Peace creates the necessary space for us to connect and to receive.
We are literally blocking our blessings and basically making everything much harder than it needs to be.
When we experience peace we find balance and space.
Without space, nothing can enter our lives.
Most of us leave zero space in our lives to āallowā anything to enter. At the same time we sit and wonder why things always stay the same.
We need to make room, and the room is created in the being, not the doing.
This is where you start
š« Holding space for yourself.
š« Trusting yourself.
š« Loving yourself.
š« Being gentle with yourself.
šš¼ā¤ļøš±. And most importantly, offering āGraceā for yourself.
What holds us back from this allowing, this receiving, this beautiful state of being, is fear.
We are afraid that if we let go, everything will fall apart.
We are afraid that if we stop pushing we will never start again.
We are afraid that if we stop producing the Universe will punish us.
Iām here to tell you that those are all lies, and that is a āscarcityā mindset.
There is always enough, you are always enough, and the real illusion is that abundance doesnāt exist and we must have more.
The need for more is an illusion that keeps us always looking beyond ourselves. Beyond our present moment. Most importantly, it keeps us looking beyond the beauty of whatās directly in front of us.
Cultivate peace in your life and I promise you that everything you want and desire will find itās way to you and youāll find a comfort you never thought possible.
