Please help me congratulate and recognize our 2023/24 ZFC XV World Champion Mr. Tom Benes also known as TB2 Ballers in The ZFC and player number 2012.

Tom is our reigning Champion and the man to beat this season.

Congratulations to my good friend Brian Howard! Brian crushed week 10! He took the Denver Broncos as his Long Shot and picked up the 7.5 points necessary to spring board his to 23.5 points on the week and number 1 in the ZFC!

Brian won the $10,000 weekly jackpot!

Imagine if that were true. Imagine is we had a game where every player paid an entry for the week and we paid out huge jackpots for our weekly winners!!!

Wouldn’t that be more fun?

CHANGING PICKS LAST MINUTE

Uggggghhhhhh! I had a good week. Here is my game page but, it could have been better. I made some last minute changes that could have gotten me a lot more points. On the contrary I made one HUGE last minute change that I capitalized huge on!!!

Minutes before The picks deadline I changed my Long Shot from The Jets to The Vikings. I actually had The Falcons as a lock because of Kirk Cousins injury. I didn’t have a lot of faith in a rookie starter or better yet Dobbs filling in after just arriving to Minnesota this week. BUT SOMETHING in my gut said go with The Vikings! So I did! Whooohooooo!!!!

Not so whooohoooo!!!

I also changed my Washington pick over to New England as a lock! Boooooooooooo! I blew that one. I flipped my Raiders as a pick over to The Giants after giving my Mom a speech about how teams always win the week after firing a head coach uggghhhhhh. Lastly I flipped The Colts over to The Panthers for no good reason whatsoever. Who does that? You guessed it. This guy! What the heck was I thinking.

All in all I played well finally! I’m gonna catch that Jayne lady by seasons end if it kills me. What a terrible expression by the way.

Tuesday Morning
Study The Results

The first thing that jumps off this week 7’s results are the fact that the biggest longshot won and the third biggest long shot won! What?

That’s right? Are you second-guessing yourself this week? I am.

There were three juicy longshots to go after this week and you had a out of three chance to nail one of them if you had the nerve to pick one of them.

The New England Patriots were the pick of the week. 8.5 Zapp Points were just sitting out there for the taking. 7 Zapp points were for the taking as well if you had the guts to pick The Vikings over The Niners!

7 of the 12 underdogs won this week. That’s right, only 6 favorites actually won in week 7. That’s crazy. Chicago, New England, Pittsburgh and Minnesota were all potential winning Long Shots! All 7 underdogs would have earned you 2 points if you picked any of them as a Stretch Pick! Wow!

Less than 25% of the entire ZFC finished with positive points. This was just one of those weeks for the majority of us! But some of you crushed it!
