Why does the same tightness, ache, or movement problem keep coming back?

A tight hip isn't always just a hip problem.
A sore knee isn't always just a knee problem.
And stretching the area that feels tight doesn't necessarily address why it keeps getting tight.
Your body works as a system.

How your feet interact with the ground can affect your knees. Hip stability can influence what happens at the knee and low back. Limited thoracic or shoulder movement can cause compensation somewhere else.

That's one of the things we're going to talk about at my FREE Adult Movement & Performance Seminar this Sunday, October 4 at 10 AM at Dedication Performance.
