Scrolling through pictures from this summer and came across this amazing picture! It may look like just another mirror selfie but it’s so much more than that it’s the feeling of comfort and confidence I didn’t used to have. I used to be someone who would body shame and negative talk to myself all the time, like literally since I was little! I would have never dreamed of being confident enough to wear something like this because I always, ALWAYS had to cover all my belly rolls and stretch marks.

After scrolling through wayyyyy too many picture perfect Instagram fitness pages and dreaming of being fit like them I stumbled across my Beachbody coach and THANK GOD! Not only did she show the great parts of living a healthy life but she showed the realness of how not every day is perfect. After what was too long of watching her story and wishing I could change I finally took the leap of joining her team!

The community I found this last year has truly changed me and I don’t think these girls will every be able to understand just how thankful I am for them. Yes I still have to tell that negative voice to shut up sometimes but guess what..... I am able to push past it and find the truth. I am human I am going to have my flaws but now have the confidence in myself to do things I never thought I would and feel comfortable in my own skin!

My ultimate hope and dream being a Beachbody coach is that I can help even one more person feel this freedom and joy! If you think that’s you send me a message I love to talk 😜

I have goals

Goals to keep improving my health and to get stronger everyday. Wanting to be stronger both physically and mentally means setting a goal and pushing to get there. Just because my only space this morning was in the little area left in my bedroom doesn’t mean I didn’t get a workout in. Sometimes you have to readjust or improvise to stay on track but that too will make you stronger.

Never give up on you. You deserve more than that 💕

This hike today reminded me that sometimes you have to slow down and remember to enjoy the little moments. Be thankful of the fact that you can and go do it!

The girl on the left prayed that no one would take her picture or that she could hide behind the rest of the group so people wouldn’t see just how much weight she had gained. She kept saying that she was going to start this new program or to follow a new diet but then go right back to eating the comfort food and sweets. She didn’t like herself and would cry when she saw herself in the mirror. I would pray to God to help me get through this and just loose the weight so I could be confident in my body for once in my life.

Then one day while scrolling through Instagram I came across a girl would would become my coach and change my life for the better. It took a while for me to reach out but boy am I’m glad I did!

I’ve had some ups and downs along the way but it all led me to this moment. The moment where the girl on the right was excited to jump in and have her picture taken and could fully enjoy the moment without fear of what she looked like.

The major difference between these two girls isn’t the weight loss, it’s the knowledge and lifestyle that I have gained. I have gained the resources to maintain a healthy lifestyle and the tools to better myself each and everyday.

This is why I am going all in and being a Beachbody Coach!!!! If I can help even one person to gain the happiness and freedom I have then it will be worth it.

You are capable of more than you think!

You can wake you early to workout. You can go without eating that cookie. You can take the stairs instead of the elevator. You can do that last workout set.

Whatever it is that you may be doubting yourself about know that you can do it. Be determined. Be passionate. Make a plan. Stick with it.

I believe in you. Do you? You should.
