If there ever was a truth, it's this. That God intended for man not to be alone or fulfilled without the love and support of the right woman. Thank you Lord for bringing me Kristen Denning!!! I am a better man because of you sweetheart!

Take this week to reflect on your gratitude for the blessings in your life. Today I reflect on the pure unconditional love of God through His son Jesus and the selfish journey He endured to set me free from the bo***ge of sin (the dark side) of my (human fallen nature). His selfless act of sacrifice and forgiveness I will never totally comprehend this side of heaven. Thank you Lord for BEING my guide and role model.

SPIRITUAL/CONTRIBUTION: Don't Give Up!!!
In the Bible, it rained for 40 days and 40 nights.
Day 41 came and the rain stopped.
Moses committed murder & hid in the desert for 40 years.
Year 41 came, and God called him to help rescue Israel.
Moses went up on the mountain for 40 days.
On day 41, he received the Ten Commandments.
The Israelites wandered in the wilderness for 40 years.
Year 41, they walked into the Promised Land.
Goliath taunted Israel for 40 days.
Day 41 came, and David slew him.
Jonah preached a message of repentance to Ninevah for 40 days.
On day 41, God stopped His plan to destroy them.
Jesus fasted and was tempted for 40 days.
Day 41, and the devil fled.
After His resurrection, Jesus appeared to His disciples for 40 days.
On day 41, He ascended into Heaven.
All this to say...don't quit. The rain will stop, the giant will fall, and you will enter your "promised land." Don't give up at 40.
41 is coming.

HEALTH/WELLNESS: Anxiety
Feeling anxious? Here are two simple techniques to regain calm. Try 5 Tracing Breaths, a method where you trace your hand with each breath, focusing on the movement and sensation. Inhale as you go up the fingers and exhale as you go down. Secondly, practice Nostril breathing: alternate blocking one nostril at a time to control your breath. Inhale for 3 seconds and switch and exhale for 3 seconds. These hacks can help soothe your mind in moments of anxiety.

Happy National Down Syndrome Day! So grateful for the wonderful Down’s friends and family I have in my life. Thank you to my amazing and God fearing sister Victoria Togafau for bringing this bundle of joy into our lives. We LOVE ❤️ Taupou!!!
Society may identify people with Downs as having a disability but I can’t help but see all the amazing ABILITIES they have!🥰🙏🏽
1. The power to display incredible love❤️
2. The ability to bring people together❤️
3. The ability to help us focus on the simple most important things in life❤️
4. The ability to empower others to just be their silly selves!❤️
5. The ability to have tremendous fun!❤️
6. The ability to show incredible empathy and compassionate understanding❤️

8. They teach and show us patience❤️

Shout out to my good friend Becca Becca Bullard for writing her come back story through her songs 🎼🎹🎧🎤
She's my daughters age and grew up with my kids. She lost all meaning in life which led to a tragedy that left her paralyzed and in a wheel chair but through God's grace she found His love and has been a new woman on fire to see others who may find themselves depressed or suicidal find the peace she now has in a relationships with Jesus. Today I honor you my dear friend Becca, so proud of you!
