My 4 weeks program, Bunz N Gunz will be starting a new cycle Tuesday, November 8th. I have a handful of slots open. $120 covers the whole 4 weeks(not including gym membership). Classes are Tuesdays & Wednesday evening at 7. The location is at Boscos gym in the training room. Boscos is located in Gainesville behind Landmark Bank🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

The 4 weeks comes with a weekly one on one meeting where we go over your weight, measurements, body fat percentage, and nutrition. Slots are first come first serve, so don't miss out on the fun, and guaranteed results💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

‼️‼️‼️CHALLENGE BEGINS JANUARY 3RD‼️‼️‼️
Going to be pushing this transformation challenge out until I can get 12 individuals who are seriously ready for changes in their lives. As with any 12-week transformation program, there will be ups and downs. Some weeks will go well and others will not—fluctuations are normal and it will help if you expect them. The easiest thing you can do is give up, and the hardest thing you will do is push through.

Every workout listed in the program is a suggestion. Listen to your body, focus on form and balance over speed, and stay focused. The program is ran through mypthub, so everything will have demonstration videos to ensure you are performing each exercise properly.

It's that time of year again, and I'm excited to announce that I will be holding another 12 week transformation challenge. This challenge will be bigger and better than ever. THIS WILL BE A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS AND WILL ONLY BE TAKING ON 12 CLIENTS. Every workout is customized and made by me, to help push beyond your limitations. You will also learn the importance of nutrition and how to focus and connect your mentality to your physical being. If you are interested, please message me for more details. Hello everyone, my name is Dayton Lewis! I am a personal trainer and small business owner of Geek Physique Personal Training. My passion is to help people change their lives in the best and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves physically and mentally.(Clients shown below have/had followed my training program for at least 6 month full of hard work and dedication)

I train from home here in Pecan Square in Northlake and I will be accepting new clients beginning January 4, 2022 due to the holidays and travel. With the new years, many of us will be setting health and fitness goals. A majority of those who do, usually fail because of poor planning and not realizing a new year and day doesn't equal magically changing physical & mental habits. But this month also has a very special meaning, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We all know people who have fought through this condition, going through so much to survive. I am promoting my Geek Physique Stronger than cancer gear. Profit made from this will be donated to a Breast Cancer organization, & my goal is to have a minimum $1000 profit to donate.
