Watching the classy tribute by the Columbus Blue Jackets. Why the emotion? 59 years I’ve been playing this game that I love. The fact that friends are made for a lifetime with people with similar passions. They often go from friends to family. Sending love and prayers to his family and friends. Hoping through this pain people make better choices.

Extra extra read all about it!!! Rocco Cammarata and Hard Roc Hockey is back in the Las Vegas area!!! I’m doing a
Shooting/stick handling/explosive movement training throughout the month of June. Sessions will be 2 hours. One hour of shooting and stick handling including, learning to
shoot in stressful situations, protecting the puck to shoot, learning creative ways to get the shot off, proper position of hands on stick while controlling pick and shooting, hand eye coordination to name a few of the techniques that will be taught. Followed by strength and explosive body movements as pertained to specific hockey movements. Techniques I have learned and continuing to learn including slow and fast twitch muscle response will be taught. All the exercises will improve and correct the human body, making it stronger, able to withstand injury and in balance. So to provide the most possible gains and healthiest in a short period. This will be a 1 on 1 private lesson. Cost is $60 per session. 2 sessions per week. If you pay up front for the 4 week entire session I will knock it down to $400 for the month. All sessions for the first month will be off ice and anthem hills roller hockey park. I am a believer that you have to
start from a stable position to learn correctly. If a player was judged by the amount of ice time he got practicing we would have millions and millions of NHL players these days. Being on ice doesn’t necessarily make you better and in many cases keeps you stagnant and works against you. You have to break your body down and learn correct hockey movements which can only be done off the ice. Being the summer months I can certainly work around your schedule. Hey all whoever is attending the Hard Roc Hockey Holiday Camp starting tomorrow please be there 45-30 min early to sign in and take care of payments if you haven’t sent in already. Please have your player ready to go with workout clothes and a packed sack lunch along with fluids. Thanks and we will see everyone there tomorrow. Pick up will be at 2pm tomorrow and Monday and 5 on Wednesday.
