Last month we tested PULLING STRENGTH. 💪🏽⛓️

Weighted pull-ups. Heavy plates. One bar. No shortcuts.

The LVBarstarzz crew showed up, put weight on the belt, and found out just how strong they really were. Every plate added changed the challenge. Every rep had to be earned.

But now we’re taking the bar out of the equation. 👀
