We are one week away from our football fitting! Registration will close next Monday the 18th, we currently have 14 players registered for each team. Let's get those kids signed up before the deadline!

Just want to add to this after a few questions about attending tonight. If you and your player are already decided on fall football and you have no questions or feel no need to come tonight this is not something players need to be at. This is just to open a time up for questions and meet coaches if your new to the program or are inclined to do so. 😊

Reminder for anyone looking into tackle football for this coming fall.

Meet and greet will be held 5:30-6:30pm tomorrow night in the CLW parking lot (by playground).

This is for anyone who has questions or on the fence about signing up, please come!!

Our head coaches will be there to meet you as well as some experienced parents.

Come support our 7v7 football team this weekend or next! Due to field conditions we have changed locations.

Location: East Park (soccer fields)

When: Sunday the 19th against Waverly-Shell Rock at 1pm
Sunday the 26th against South Tama at 1pm and South Hardin at 1:45pm

There will be no concessions or restroom available for this event so keep that in mind.

Football season is just around the corner! 🏈 Our fitting date is May 19th, and flyers are going out this week. Registration is open now until May 18th for current 2nd through 5th graders! We're also hosting a "meet the coaches/ask questions" night – it's a casual come-and-go event where coaches and experienced parents will be available to chat and answer any questions you might have! 📣

Where: Church of the Living Word parking lot (by the small playground).

Hey everyone, we're Chris and Ashley Bangs, and we're the new coordinators for the YSF program. For those of you who don't know us, we live near Dumont and have three kids at H-D Cal. This is Chris' third year coaching youth football. We have a 5th-grade and 3rd-grade boy who are super excited for football season, and four girls who are ready to cheer on the BULLDOGS! ❤️

Next up, we're looking for some new board members. If you're interested in helping out with this awesome program, please comment or send us a private message!

Board members might help with program decisions, finances, concessions, lining up referees, fundraising, and attending occasional meetings.

We're really looking forward to a great season and working together to make it super smooth!
