Since I did a terrible job of posting our races this year, my apologies for this very large post. I will include details of each race in the photos, but overall it was a very fun year and I am blown away by Kayla’s progress.Thank you to Dave Mead for putting together our cars and supporting us at all the races and my family for all of their help this year.

I know it has been awhile since we have posted anything, but we are back at it. Had a great time at the SCCA Hoosier Super Tour at PIR this last weekend, despite the insane heat in Portland. I am amazed at how quick Kayla is getting after just one year of racing. Thank you to my parents for towing the trailer from Vegas and for Dave Mead bringing the Miata. Kayla and I shared the car but looking forward to racing together in Seattle Memorial Weekend thanks to Dave’s pinky promise to have the second car ready. 😀🏁

Had fun watching Kayla during the track day at Las Vegas Motor Speedway yesterday. Thanks to my brother David Zink for sharing his car and Lloyd Killingbeck for his hard work in making the seat adjustable so Kayla could reach the pedals. 😀

What a fun weekend at COTA! We had an amazing team for the WRL Endurance races, finishing both days. Thank you to Dana Blackhurst, Jason Reichert and Mark Saroyan, my co-drivers, Tim Reichert, Kris Eshenour and The Chandler School ACE Racing Team, sponsored by Lucas Oil. Everyone worked so hard the entire weekend and I couldn’t be more honored to be part of this team. Thanks to my dad and daughter for coming and cheering us on!
