▸ May not taste good without a small usage of fruit🍏
▸ Drink your green juice before eating to prevent acid reflux❌🔥
▸ Drink in between meals; great to have before a snack. Do not use as a meal replacement🚫
▸ Even if fiber levels are low, it may aid with going to the restroom so I recommend first drinking your green juice at home🏃🏻♂️
