This Sunday night, we turn the lights down and reset. 🌒

September 13th, 7:00PM–8:30PM | Kundalini Yoga & Gong Bath

Ninety minutes of awakening your inner radiance and expanding into more openness, softness, and self-acceptance. This class weaves together conscious movement, breathwork, self-care practices, harmonizing sound, and the nurturing power of community.

Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have limited mats available at the studio on a first come first serve basis.

You do not need any experience to attend.

Every Sunday night, we turn the lights down and reset. 🌒

7:00–8:30PM | Restorative Soundbath & Breathwork

Ninety minutes of guided breathwork and immersive sound healing — crystal singing bowls, gong, and live voice — oxygenating the body, calming the mind, and gently massaging the inner landscape. Release the week, restore balance, leave grounded and renewed.

Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and sleeping mask. Getting cozy is the whole point. (No mat? We have a limited number at the studio.)

You do not need any experience to attend. Just lie down and let the sound do the work.

No idea what a chassé is? No Partner? No Experience? Perfect — that's exactly who we built this for.

Dance Vision Studios is a new kind of dance studio here in Summerlin. Ballroom, Latin, and Fitness — salsa, bachata, swing, waltz, foxtrot, tango, and much more — taught in small group classes of 4 to 12 people where nobody's watching you and everybody's a beginner.

No private lesson packages. No pressure to compete. Just a membership, a ballroom full of like-minded people, and 40 years of teaching behind it.

We've designed our classes so that Anyone Can Dance® and we mean it! Our ACD Intro classes are the perfect place to start if you're brand new.

Come feel what dancing does for your body, your mind, and your mood. Then decide.
