Health and fitness does not have to suck.
What you have to do is find ways to move you enjoy, food you like to eat, and break old habits to develop a new perspective.
I can train with you to discover fun ways to workout so you'll get results and stick with it for the rest of your life.
Then, if and when you wish, we can slowly complement your training with nutrition, behavior modification, and/or cooking lessons.
I am not offering you a quick fix solution that you be back where you started in 3 months. My focus is to offer you all of the tools you need to stay fit, boost your energy, tighten and tone, and increase your endurance for the rest of your life. There is a huge difference so let me be your guide on the journey to healthy living.

Let's be honest. We're not meant to be happy all of the time. All of our emotions are important for different reasons. That said, it's good to know the health and fitness benefits of happiness and if these tail wagging dogs can bring a moment of joy to your day, why not embrace it and be happy?
