Fitness by Noya Fitness Coach. Group & Personal Trainer Hi! My name is Noya Chack. I'm a mother of two little boys and a certified fitness trainer (Issa).

All my life I have been involved in sports and nutrition in one way or another, but it has always been just for me. After the pregnancy and birth of my first son, I was postpartum depressed and found that the only thing that comforted, encouraged, and made me get over it was sports - whether it was running, strength training, yoga, or dancing. I found out that the power of sports is immense! My se

lf-connection to my body, thoughts, and inner strength, just made me realize that I want to help other women get to know and be exposed to this world, the world of fitness! That's why I opened "Fitness by Noya" - a boutique fitness studio, located in Woodland Hills, CA. The studio has been designed to contain a professional training space with advanced fitness equipment, which provides a solution for all types of training, in a pleasant and fun environment. My goal is to help women and make them understand that fitness is not just the training itself - it is a way of life!
