🏋Hello FIT Ladies: March Live Class Schedule!

🏡 Sorry for the delay, moving and unpacking has had my entire time taken! As well I will stay with the same website for March and then switch for April! ❤

👉March 13th is USA Spring Time Zone change! But USA times will not change! Only ASIA will adjust 1 hour earlier.

👉We will continue with 1 Featured Live Class per week of each discipline. Every Live Class will be recorded for the website!

👉All Subscription renewals are due Tuesday, March 1st!
❌ $21 Full subscription with all Live Classes and On Demands included.
❌$19 On Demand Access only (No Lives)
❌$8 Pay Per Class option (if you want to join 3+ Lives than choose Full subscription)

👉 Option 1: $21 subscription for Unlimited Lives & On Demand Access
👉Option 2: $8 per Live Class if you want to take a specific Live Class! (No On Demand Access)
👉 Option 3: $19 subscription for On Demand Access Only (No Live Class)

❌ Registration for Lives will be via Email, Personal Messenger, Line, or Text

👉New schedule for 2022 👇! Needing to prioritize my Health/Wellness, Live Classes have been reduced to 5 Lives per week!
✔️ Reduced subscriptions payments to reflect new schedule changes. 2 options:
1. Unlimited Live Class and On Demand
2. On Demand Access only
❌Still affordable and still convenient!

✨My Daily routine! Teaching 2 Live Fitness Classes per Day, Getting my Girls to and from school, and running a 2 Businesses! Yes, all this while being 42 yrs YOUNG and still being a decent human being!😝
✨With all this I need Energy, Mobility, Recovery, and just plain goals of Healthy Youthful Skin and Hair!

Love ending my Work week with GROOV3 Live Stream class!
😣 This week I had a pretty significant Hip / Knee issue that had me grounded for a full day! But I refuse to stay down too long!
🙌I am thankful and blessed that at 42 I feel just as vibrant as I did 20 yrs ago dancing for the NBA!

🏋FIT Squad! Real Talk: USA Time Zones moved back 1 hour this week! So being a dedicated Fitness Coach that I am, I went to 4:00AM PST Live Workouts for all of you!! 😲
FIT Diversity broadcasts from USA-UK-Asia. Japan is 17 hours ahead of Western US, yet I have many of you dedicated FIT Women who join me at 9:00 PM for Live Class!
How I look at it, I am up and full of energy and everyone else is still asleep!
