How I stay in shape at 42 ⬇️
• I run 5 days a week.
• I train hard 4 days a week with intention.
• I sleep 7–8 hours.
• I prioritize recovery + mobility.
• I stay hydrated daily.
• I drink alcohol occasionally and in moderation.
• I use basic supplements, nothing fancy.
• I static stretch and do soft tissue work regularly.
• I stay fueled, no trendy named diets.
• I let my activity dictate my body composition.
I don’t rely on motivation. I rely on my habits and structure.
I don’t starve, I don’t eliminate food groups and I don’t chase shortcuts or hacks.
