How I stay in shape at 42 ⬇️

• I run 5 days a week.
• I train hard 4 days a week with intention.
• I sleep 7–8 hours.
• I prioritize recovery + mobility.
• I stay hydrated daily.
• I drink alcohol occasionally and in moderation.
• I use basic supplements, nothing fancy.
• I static stretch and do soft tissue work regularly.
• I stay fueled, no trendy named diets.
• I let my activity dictate my body composition.

I don’t rely on motivation. I rely on my habits and structure.

I don’t starve, I don’t eliminate food groups and I don’t chase shortcuts or hacks.

Down 15 lbs in 3 weeks.
We just got started.
No extremes. No crash dieting. No bu****it.

This isn’t “pure fat loss.” This isn’t crash dieting. This is what happens when someone goes from no system to a real dialed in system.

Here’s what actually happened:

• He cleaned up his macros
• Went from unlimited eating → structured intake
• Dropped excess glycogen + sodium → water weight falls fast
• Started training 4x/week
• Added regular running
• Became consistent instead of perfect

That early scale drop?
That’s adherence + reduced inflammation + less water retention.

And that’s NORMAL when someone finally gets dialed in.

Big win and flex. He’s a busy firefighter. Long shifts. High stress. Real life.

No meal plans.
No cutting carbs.
No living in the gym.

Just structure he can actually sustain.
