Mikey, my big brother, was one of the funniest kind hearted people I have ever known. He was an awesome uncle, friend, son and brother. He loved helping people especially the homeless. He once wrote an article about the homeless that was published in the Los Angeles Times. He defied what it meant to have a disability and always showed me to never underestimate someone. He literally inspired my passion for helping people with disabilities. His legacy will live on in every person I help. I have big plans that he and I discussed before he passed to honor him. I will miss him everyday and I’m devastated he had to die so young. I take solace knowing he is with our mom and finally at peace. Spend time with your loved ones as it ultimately is all we have. ❤️✨
