Weather conditions will be monitored throughout the week. Coach Nessie will determine the workout locations on a daily basis by 4:00/4:30 p.m. Participants are advised to bring both regular tennis shoes and cleats in case workouts are held at the field house or gym.

Are you ready for some BULLDOG FOOTBALL!!!

Summer Workouts begin next week!!! Try to make as many of these as you can so you will be ready to go for tryouts!

Get signed up for tryouts so we can makes sure all of your paperwork is complete and you are ready to go on Tuesday!!

If you are not sure, sign up and attend summer workouts, if you can, and then decide about tryouts!!

Use the QR code(save the pic and then you can hold down your finger on the QR code to access the sign up form) or check the LCO Athletics Google Classroom!

For the Google form sign in with your school sign in info(the info you use for your Chromebook - # # # # #.net and then your password!
