Hi everyone, due to heavy traffic, we are moving tonight's run to 7:30 PM so everyone has time to arrive safely. Traffic should clear up by then, and honestly, there's nothing better than a 2-mile run to shake off the stress of the road. See you at the park!

Today was a perfect example of pure dedication. Leaving a warm bed early to push your limits takes serious grit, and seeing everyone show up and give it their all was nothing short of inspiring.

You set the bar high and earned every bit of that post-run recovery. Incredibly proud of this team!
