Proud coach moment. 💙✨
We completely took over a section of Kobe last night. The girls were loud, giggly, and having the best time. Half were gathered around the hibachi grill, while the other half had just finished rolling sushi.
As everyone was about to start eating, one of our cheerleaders looked over and asked, “Coach Lindsey, are we going to say grace?”

In the middle of all the fun and chaos, these sweet girls immediately got quiet and respectful. Together, they thanked Jesus for our blessings, our meal, and each other. Then, just as quickly, the laughter and excitement picked right back up.
Moments like these remind me why I love coaching at St. Charles Catholic. It’s about so much more than cheerleading. It’s about faith, character, friendship, and the kind of young women these girls are becoming.
Just one of the gazillion reasons SCC is so special. 💙💛📣
