Head Coach at Forest Hill High School My name is Christina Carvatta and I am from Park Ridge, Illinois where I attended Maine South High School. I was a three sport athlete for fours including cross country, basketball, and softball with nine varsity letters and I played travel softball for the Park Ridge Pistols for five years. I attended Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida where I was a walk
on the softball team for four years. I was originally a righty hitter throughout my career until I was switched to a slap hitting my freshman year of college and for the rest of my college career. I finished off my career being named most improved player my freshman year, first team all conference, 9th highest batting average in school history, and top 10 higher batting average in the Sunshine State conference my senior year. I continued on with my education at Lynn University by getting my MBA in Sports and Athletic Administration. During grad school, I was working at North Broward Preparatory School in athletics and the assistant coach for the girls' basketball and softball team. I am also the assistant coach for the Florida Power Black travel softball organization. Softball is my love and passion and I want to continue by being part of the sport asa coach and a mentor to young girls who want to continue playing the game and play at the next level.
