You can't even tell it's there. (And we sneak it in on our kids and "Protein cookies? Gross!" family members, too!)

We celebrated Felishia's accomplishments the other day. Here is the full team. Brad did awesome in his second ever meet. He had strong totals and repped SFBC well. And let's talk Hunter. This was his first meet as a coach. I would say he did a fantastic job for these lifters. Great job team. Onto the next one!

Also want to thank Coach Estreya and for hosting. They do a great job putting on the meets and creating an awesome competitive environment.
