Our Next Gen Strength Summer Session begins June 14, and we’re less than a week away from getting started!
Designed for ages 12-16, this 8-week program focuses on proper strength training technique, injury prevention, balance, coordination, confidence, and resilience.
Whether your child participates in sports or simply wants to become stronger and more confident, this program provides expert coaching in a supportive environment.
At FORTIUS, we believe strength training is about much more than building muscle. It’s about developing discipline, confidence, body awareness, and habits that last a lifetime.
Next Gen Strength Summer Session

📅 Sundays at 11:15 AM
📅 Wednesdays at 5:30 PM
Over the course of eight weeks, participants will learn proper movement mechanics, develop strength safely, and train alongside other motivated teens in a positive, encouraging atmosphere.
