In order to grow this year we must have a willingness to own and engage with our vulnerability.

Which determines the depth of our courage and the clarity and passion of our purpose.

I know your new goals can seem scary and getting back into the gym being around strangers can be intimidating, but you are not the only one thinking that.

But we cant let that vulnerability thinking stop us from fulling achieving what we want.

SWEAT(ER) Weather 8 week Challenge!💪🏻

🍂Do you feel less consistent once the weather gets cooler?
🍂Does holiday stress change your eating habits?
🍂Do you feel bored with your workout routine?
🍂Do you need consistency & accountability?

We are here to announce an 8 WEEK CHALLENGE that we created just for YOU! We know once fall hits, the weather changes, and holidays are right around the corner, our routines change and we tend to leave a little of ourselves behind.

BUT NOT THIS TIME!

We are here to keep you consistent, challenge your workout routine to keep you seeing progress, maintain mindfulness as we eat, and continue to be our best selves.

I know you must be wondering what the 8 weeks will look like. Well here is a glance:
- 4 to 5 days of workouts (with videos)
- A healthy drink & dish recipe every week
- Private Facebook community group
- Individual accountability check-ins
- Nutritional guidance

In the last 3 weeks….

I want you to think about how many times you have taken time for your health both physical and mental.

Maybe a walk, a workout or read a book

Now really think and count how many times. What was your final number?

As we recall the last 3 weeks, you might find that your YOU time is very little.

We have a habit of putting others first knowing eventually well have time for ourselves. But if we dont start to put our health first, we wont be able to help others.

I know you can find 10 minutes in your day for your health. Now to decide how we will spend that time.

If you are not sure what to do in those 10 minutes to better your health, then lets talk.

A workout or a walk does not have to be 3 hours for it to be effective.

30 minute workout can be beneficial. Ill give you 30 minutes, if you give me 30 minutes to talk about what a good plan is for you and your health.

What story are you telling?

When you post on social media or meet someone new, what story are you telling them about yourself?

Are you telling them “what they want to hear “ or “showing them what they want to see”

I want to tell you my own story and for some people that might be boring or not “fit in the norms” of a “jacked personal trainer or fitness influencer.” You better believe im going to enjoy my ice cream!

But its my own story. Its your own story.

If you don’t see that your own story matters, chances are no one else will either. It wont be easy, but its worth it!

I may not have 10k or 1k followers, but I keep posting because if i can help you make your life more meaningful, then that is the story Im here to tell, if you’ll listen.

You never know who is listening and watching your story. Its important to let people hear it.

Embrace your own story because it is what has got you this far and theres plenty left to tell!

Are you modifying exercises instead of skipping them??

Even when you are injured there are exercises that can modified to be beneficial. When you have a goal, you cant let the excuses take over.

My client was not letting anything stop her from getting in a good workout. So we modified and she still worked up a sweat!

Not sure how to modify? Lets talk and keep you going!!

What is something that had you smiling today?!?😊😀

I would love to know in the comments section!

Here are some of my reasons for smiling today…

1. I was able to get a workout in and my back exercises felt easy!
2. I challenged my clients today and they all did great!
3. I spent some time outside
Too often we forget about the small positives in our day that kept us going.
Changing the way we talk to ourselves and not dwelling on the negatives will start putting us in a better mindset.

Lets be intentional, healthy, and happy together!☺️💛
