Customer is very pleased with how well this pit operates. He said it was simple and easy to use. Nothing at all complicated about this pit, light the fire and smoke the meat.

Started a new one this past weekend in-between finishing the driveway and trimming trees. I'll hit it hard this weekend and see how far along we get.

The firebox and pit are not attached. We burn the wood down to coals in the back then shovel the coals under the meat up front. The meat sits 40 inches from the coals. It's a good clean heat and the taste is unbelievable becaue the drippings from the meat drip on the coals then come right back up through the meat.
