Noah Rader
Freshman | Colville, WA
Noah is a freshman on the LCC menβs golf team, originally from Colville, Washington. A graduate of Colville High School, Noah is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Business with an expected graduation year of 2027.
Noah began playing golf at the age of 13 after being introduced to the game by his former head professional, Andy Hite, and Andyβs son, Justin. His proudest accomplishment to date is earning the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level with LCC. Known for his strength off the tee, Noahβs driver is a key asset in his game. He owns a personal best round of 67 at Indian Canyon Golf Course in Spokane, Washington, and lists Gamble Sands in Brewster, Washington as his favorite course played.
While at LCC, Noahβs goal is to qualify for the national tournament and continue developing as a high-level competitor. Long term, he hopes to compete on a major world tour. He looks up to J.J. Spaun, and draws inspiration from his favorite quote by Tiger Woods: βI smile at obstacles.β
Outside of golf, Noah enjoys hockey, hunting, fishing, cooking for others, and giving back through community service. His favorite place to eat is Atilanoβs Mexican Restaurant, and one thing people may not expect is that he cooks a mean steak. He gets fired up listening to Black Hole Sun and is currently watching Narcos: Mexico. Given the chance to play a dream round, Noah would tee it up with Jordan Spieth, Arnold Palmer, and his dad.
