Week 3 Runnin’ Lopes Basketball. “Excellence demands Sacrifice” What are you willing to sacrifice to reach your goals? We aren’t looking for easy. Big thanks to Anthony Latour for being our SOW #3. Great lesson on keeping a humble heart and “Gravitropic Growth” (ROOTS). Started our week with 6am mile run and Finished the week with our first combine with Armondo. Work to do. Stack days/Stack weeks!!

Week 2 Runnin’ Lopes Basketball. “Make it Happen” In all areas, YOU have to maximize your opportunity. Big thanks to Denim Rogers General Manager of “The Refinery” for speaking to our guys about his journey, from Juco All-American to D1 (Big 12), and later the Olympic trials. “Achievement requires sacrifice”. We emptied the tank with first Friday training session with UFL and our guy Johnny Suarez. Handled our business this week, more work to do. stack days/stack weeks.

Week 1 Runnin’ Lopes Basketball. “Set The Tone”
How we start matters, established how we want to handle our business in the classroom, weight-room and gym. Really appreciate Joe Rosenstein ex Lopes Baseball player who talked to our guys about lessons learned at LCC that helped him at the D1 and professional level. Perseverance!! Big thanks to “The Refinery” and “Parrot Cove” for allowing us to come over and have a great team building day on the court and in the swimming pool!! Time spent=Value. LopesUP!!
