Welcome to Lamar High School Thunder Strength and Conditioning! We will be starting June 1st at the high school weight room. Two sessions will be available for student athletes of all sports at Lamar High School, 7am and 6pm, Monday - Thursday. Please like and share with your peers! We’ll see you then! *IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION*. This is for current LHS students, including incoming freshmen, in the classes of 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030.
