We’re back on the mats Tuesday, August 25th from 6:00–7:30 PM at Lutheran West High School!

Tomorrow we’re getting after it with a heavy focus on top wrestling and creating turns, while mixing in some defense and scrambling:

🔥 TILT NIGHT AT APEX! 🔥

We had an AWESOME practice tonight centered around turning people and scoring points! 🤼‍♀️

The girls added a ton to their toolbox tonight, working through:

🔺 Cross Wrist Tilt
🔺 Cross Knee Tilt
🔺 Ball & Chain
🔺 Trella
🔺 Robles
🔺 And we finished it off with some REBAR action!

A lot of technique, a lot of reps, and most importantly—a lot of girls getting better together.

Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up tonight ready to learn, work, and improve. Every practice is another opportunity to add something to your game. 💪

APEX Girls Wrestling is continuing to grow, and we’re always looking for great people who want to give back to the girls wrestling community in Northern Ohio. 🤼‍♀️

We’re looking for coaches who want to help run practices, share their knowledge, mentor young women, and help us continue building something special.

💗 Female coaches are especially encouraged! We’d love to add more strong female role models to our coaching staff — but all coaches who believe in our mission are welcome.

You don’t have to commit to every practice. Whether you can help regularly or simply jump in when your schedule allows, we’d love to hear from you.
