Andercaf Table Tennis Saint Patrick’s Day Handicap Tournament
Location: Andercaf Rec Center/Tacoma Table Tennis Club
Address: 3623 112th St SW, Lakewood, WA 98499
Date: Saturday March 14, 2026 (pi day)
Time: From 9:00am to 2:00pm; tournament events start at 10:00am
Play will start at 10:00am and play to finish. There will not be a formal lunch break. Lunch can be eaten in between matches
Type: Open - Double Elimination Handicap system - see attached sheet
Tournament Director and Committee: Chris Caffee and Greg Stevens
Eligibility: Open
Rules: The laws of Table Tennis as published by the ITTF and all USATT regulations apply. All matches will be one 41-point game. Ratings will determine the point differential at the start of the game.
Format: Entry is limited to the first 40 players signed up and paid. Others will be put on a waiting list in case of cancellations. Play will consist of a double elimination bracketed tournament with a blind draw. After competitors have been eliminated, they are encouraged to continue playing at open tables.
Registration: Registration and payment will be done through the Andercaf Rec Center and Tacoma Table Tennis Club. Fees are $25.00 or $20.00 for annual club members. Cash or Venmo is preferred, but checks will be accepted made out to Chris Caffee. Registration cutoff is March 11, 2026
Prizes: 1st Place - 50% of the pot of gold - entry fees.
Prizes for: Runner-up, Losers Bracket Runner-up, Winners’ bracket runner-up if different.
