Lakeview Youth Recreational League This page has been designed to offer information to parents regarding the summer youth baseball and softball leagues. We are a community-based program.

(not affiliated with any school or any other community program) The Lakeview Youth Recreation League (LYRL) is all about instruction and development.
**WE ARE NOT AFFILITED WITH ANY OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION OR SCHOOL**
The T-ball and Pee-Wee (Coach Pitch) are instructional levels. At these levels we encourage basic skill development and the love of the game. The minor (Boys and Girls Travel)

league are a development level. These players are working on developing their basic skills in all aspects of the game. They are encouraged to try to play all different positions. At this level, no one knows what the perfect position is for player yet. The major (Boys and Girls Travel) league are really getting into playing the game of baseball/softball. They are still developing and are starting refine their skills. Players need to continue working at all aspects of the games. The Juniors (Boys and Girls Travel) League are now playing high school rules. Players should continue to focus on teamwork and skill building.
